Clinical Training and SupportA Clinical Applications Specialist will arrive on-site to install your MTWA system and provide comprehensive in-service and training for your staff. The 1-2 day training program focuses on system features, functionality and maintenance; demonstration of stress & MTWA testing; MTWA clinical data review; MTWA report interpretation, and assistance with implementing a patient identification process within the practice. Our Clinical Application Specialists are available for on-going training and support as needed and will schedule regular follow-up appointments with your staff to ensure that your MTWA testing program continues to run smoothly. Other services include patient identification tools, testing assistance, and physician and community education programs.
Technical SupportCambridge Heart Technical Support staff is available from 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time.

Reimbursement AssistanceCambridge Heart recognizes the importance of reimbursement and accurate coding in your practice. Our Reimbursement Hotline is staffed with experienced professionals who can answer questions about Medicare and private insurance coverage including policy clarification and ICD-9 code listings. The team is available to assist with pre-certifications and appeals.
Overread ServiceOur 24-hour Overread Service provides expert overread service for MTWA reports. Results are typically returned within 24 hours.
